The short version: be nice, we will be nice, and if anything goes wrong with your order we will make it right.
Orders and payment
All prices are in US dollars. When you place an order, we will confirm it by email. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error — and we will tell you if that happens.
Shipping
We ship from Las Vegas, Nevada. Flat-rate shipping is $5, free on orders over $60. Delivery estimates are estimates, not promises — carriers occasionally have bad days too.
Returns and exchanges
Unworn socks and accessories in original packaging can be exchanged for another style or store credit within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer cash refunds. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back worn socks. Email info@shoptoezy.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
Using this site
The photos, words, and designs on this site belong to Toezy. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking. You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping, no attempting to break things, no impersonating other people.
Our products
Grip socks reduce slipping; they do not make you invincible. Use normal care during exercise. Follow the care instructions on each product page to keep the grips gripping.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Toezy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your state.
